Prerequisites

Before starting, make sure you have:

  • ✅ Your Rinho device powered on and with SIM card
  • ✅ Access to your Wialon account with unit creation permissions
  • ✅ Device IMEI number

Step 1: Access Wialon

  1. Go to your Wialon platform (Wialon Hosting, Local, or your specific URL)
  2. Log in with your credentials
  3. Access the unit management panel

Step 2: Create a New Unit

  1. Click on "New""Unit"
  2. Fill in the basic information:
    • Name: Descriptive name for the vehicle
    • Device type: Select "Rinho" from the list
    • Unique ID: Enter the device's IMEI

Step 3: Configure Connection Parameters

Wialon will automatically assign the server and port. Verify:

  • Server: The corresponding server for your Wialon instance
  • Port: Specific port for the Rinho protocol

Step 4: Configure Sensors

Wialon allows detailed sensor configuration:
