Complete Tutorial: How to Connect Your Rinho to Wialon
In this detailed guide, we explain step by step how to connect your Rinho Telematics device to the Wialon platform.

Prerequisites
Before starting, make sure you have:
- ✅ Your Rinho device powered on and with SIM card
- ✅ Access to your Wialon account with unit creation permissions
- ✅ Device IMEI number
Step 1: Access Wialon
- Go to your Wialon platform (Wialon Hosting, Local, or your specific URL)
- Log in with your credentials
- Access the unit management panel
Step 2: Create a New Unit
- Click on "New" → "Unit"
- Fill in the basic information:
- Name: Descriptive name for the vehicle
- Device type: Select "Rinho" from the list
- Unique ID: Enter the device's IMEI
Step 3: Configure Connection Parameters
Wialon will automatically assign the server and port. Verify:
- Server: The corresponding server for your Wialon instance
- Port: Specific port for the Rinho protocol
Step 4: Configure Sensors
Wialon allows detailed sensor configuration:
