Yes, all Rinho devices (Zero, Spider and Smart) are compatible with Wialon via native Wialon IPS protocol. They are also compatible with Traccar, GPSWox, RedGPS, Navixy, Flespi and over 15 platforms.

Spider IoT and Smart IoT support OBDII (cars), J1939 (heavy trucks), EBS (braking systems) and IESCAN (agricultural machinery). Reading is native, without external accessories.
