What happens if the vehicle loses connection?

The device automatically stores all reports in internal memory. Zero IoT stores up to 12K records, while Spider IoT and Smart IoT store up to 50K. When connection is recovered, it syncs data with the server.

How many reports can it store?

Depends on the device: Zero IoT stores 12,288 reports, Spider IoT and Smart IoT store 49,152 reports. Each report includes GPS position, timestamp, speed, events and all configured data.

Can I filter downloads by date or event type?

Yes, the system allows filtering downloads by date range, specific event types, or event ranges. Ideal for extracting only the information you need.
